Hermantown, in the Northeast part of Minnesota has decided to pay it's volunteers. The Hermantown call volume has grown form 70 calls per year in the mid-1970's to currently over 600 calls per year.

What do you think? What's the call-per-year volume that warrants paid volunteers?
